On this first Thankful Thursday of 2014, I am grateful to see the start of a new year, and anticipating all of its potential. Although I don’t know all that this new year holds, I am confident in Him, who knows all things. Friends and family, let’s approach this new year with resolve to find the opportunities hidden in each new day.

I am thankful for having gotten through another year and having a brand spanking new one to fill with faith, friends, family, laughter. I am thankful I can focus on the positive, on the Silver Linings and trust that, through the bumpy patches and the smooth ones, He will hold us in the shelter of His loving arms.
