For inconveniences.
This morning, I woke up to a wheel-less car. The craft of stealth-like individuals quick at work last night, almost NASCAR pit road-style. Ugh!
I, like you, don’t like inconveniences, but I’ll thankfully take them over the alternative.
What are you thankful for today?
Until next Thursday’s post…si Dios quiere.
“One of life’s best coping mechanisms is to know the difference between an inconvenience and a problem. If you break your neck, if you have nothing to eat, if your house is on fire – then you’ve got a problem. Everything else is an inconvenience. Life is inconvenient. Life is lumpy. A lump in the oatmeal, a lump in the throat and a lump in the breast are not the same kind of lump. One needs to learn the difference.”
Well said my friend!
Like I said this morning just a small inconvenience, but we must be vigilant at all times…the world we live in. GOD help our children.
Love you Con!
For sure. Thanks for your help with all of this, babe. Love you.
That made me cry today. Think about the inconvenience of that stupid Hurricane Michael. UGH…
I know, right?!
Bummed to hear about what happened to you, however, the message was powerful and a great reminder. Thanks.
Thanks.
So sorry to hear that! That’s terrible. What a great message though! It’s an inconvenience but we should try not to sweat the small stuff, hard as they may be sometimes. My mother always tells me when I complain about something, to look over my shoulder, because there’s someone going through something worse.
Your car experience this morning reminded me of a morning years ago when someone vandalized my vehicle in my carport. I was livid…..BUT, in reality, it really was just another inconvenience. And “Thank you” for introducing me to R. Fulghum…..now I have a whole new list of books to read on my “To Do” list! Boop
