And then there were two.
Tomorrow, we’ll be taking a little road trip to Texas to move Danny to his new town. When we return, we’ll be full-blown empty nesters. We are still processing Lauren’s recent move-out so, as you may imagine, our adjustment mode is in high gear.
On the upside, and there’s always an upside thank God, we look forward to this next phase and the journey ahead. Praying, of course, that the Lord has a plan for us that includes much health so we can see it through together.
As for the kiddos, well, we are glad to see them [finally] set out on their own journeys and we are very excited for them. They’ve made us so very proud.
Lauren and Danny – your presence at home will always be felt, your laughter, voices and noises will always be heard. What a joy and blessing it has been to have had you at home all these years. For you and for that, we are so grateful. Papi y Mami love you to infinity and beyond! Make sure you call before you come over, we may be in Fiji…or Naples. 😉
What are you thankful for today?
Until next Thursday’s post…si Dios quiere.

Yeehaw!
Forever grateful for both of you and your endless support for the Danny and I. I’m only 7 minutes away. 😉 and you better take me to Fiji.
