Yesterday, I had in mind what I wanted to post about this morning. But life did what it tends to do. It threw a curveball. And now, it’s fitting I post about how fleeting life really is.
It’s wild how quickly life can change. You’re here for a blink, then gone. We think we have all the time in the world. We plan, we wait for the “right moment,” and we tell ourselves we’ll get to things later. But the thing is, we never really know when our last moment will be.
This morning, as I pray for the victims of last night’s air collision tragedy, and their families who are facing unimaginable heartbreak, I remind you and me of this: Don’t wait for perfect conditions to do or say something that matters. Life’s too short, and none of us know what’s around the corner. We’re all here for a heartbeat, then we’re gone. So let’s make the most of the moments we’ve got.
I love you guys.
What are you thankful for today?
Until next Thursday’s post…si Dios quiere.

A stark reminder to make every moment count. Praying for the victims and their loved ones during this difficult time.🙏
Thanks, Connie. So true! Have a great day!

Hi Sis
Like always …. You hit the nail in the head with this one.
What a tragedy for the passengers, air crews on both aircrafts and the families grieving this loss.
In fact you are so right, in life while we are on this earth we have to do what we like with no hesitation of certain risks that you may take.
As I reflect back at my flying period in life, I give thanks to God for allowing me to fly my hours without having any incident, for being able to take you along, also the rest of the family and passengers that flew with me. ……but I always had a line on my check list before takeoff …
God use your hands to give lift to the wings of my airplane and guide me to make the right decisions for a safe flight ,Amen
Life is short as you said, but there are things in life that you must do.
May God bless the victims and families and give the passengers a smooth flight to heaven.
Te quiero mucho

Amen to this Connie. It is so sad indeed. So many people gone before their time, and so many broken-hearted people left behind. May their hearts find solace in their faith.
I had a dream about all of you (the office, I mean) last night. Everything looked so changed. I only got to see a few of you, and I didn’t make it down for cafecito, darn it! I woke up before I had a chance to ;p
Hope all’s well and that you have a wonderful weekend.
BTW, I meant to comment on your previous post and congratulate you for your anniversary. Those are some beautiful pictures of a happy family. May you be granted many, many more happy years together.
Warm hugs,
Julie
