For my co-workers, past and present. I’ve been so blessed with these connections, and for that I am very thankful.
Your love, Jesus, is an ocean
with no shore to bound it.
And if I plunge into it, I carry
with me all the possessions
I have. You know, Lord,
what these possessions are—
the souls you have seen
fit to link with mine.

Amiga, I will work with you again anytime, anyplace, even pro bono! I know you can handle all types of personalities, from the most easygoing to the most demanding and persnickety (who insist their pencils be freshly sharpened and placed ‘just so’ in their pencil-holder every morning), with professionalism, calm, wit and a dash of humor. I always remember sitting in the lunchroom reading the funnies and having lovely, soul-feeding conversations. Whoever gets to work with you is lucky, lucky, lucky.
I remember those days vividly! I’d work with you again any day Amiga, any day. Thank you for your continued prayers and support. Love you lots.
I have found that in retirement, one’s co-workers become even more important, where those early bonds establish a life-long connection that can’t be broken, no matter how many years pass us by…..right, Connie? Boop
Ditto, my friend! I have always been thankful for your friendship throughout the years and was probably one of the saddest people in the office when you left for the mighty White & Case – – with the exception of Candie, of course – – LOL.
All the best,
Joyce
No matter how many years pass us by is right, Boop. Our case, our blessing.
Right back at you! I have date calendared for book signing on April 24th!! Cuidate!
Aww, thank you, Joyce. So glad we have kept in touch all this time.
Cool, thanks! Looking forward to seeing you there! Un abrazo.
I’m glad too, and I hope to see you at Monty’s on Saturday, if possible.
Talk to you soon,
Joyce
Looking so forward to it!
