Danny graduates today. Wow, time’s flying, just flying. He had a very good run at Immaculata-La Salle, and we are immensely grateful. Wishing the class of 2013 much success in the years to come. We are so very proud of you Danny! You are blessed and we know you’ll put that to good use….

Thankful Thursdays
Thankful for the little things I have to look forward to. They don’t all have to be big things, do they? The grouchy look on my “not-a-morning-person” kids’ faces, because still I get to see them yet another day; the confused look on my cat Nervous Nelly, because she’s just too weird-funny; my husband returning from a 4-day business trip, because that’s the longest we’ve been apart ♥; spending time with a loved one I haven’t seen in a while, ’cause what could be better?
What are some of the little things you have to look forward to and are thankful for?…

Thankful Thursdays
Yesterday, the first payment from my profits (February/March) of Scenes Everlasting was made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and to Autism Speaks. It was both wonderful and humbling to give to these two organizations the support received from so many of you. More to come, thankfully. Your participation in this has been incredible, and I can’t thank you enough for making a difference.
Please continue to help by sharing with others the book link and its purpose….

We were fortunate. So many were not. Prayers going up for the lost and injured souls and all affected, and for the world to hear Martin’s plea loud and clear….

For unexpected connections.
During the last few weeks, I’ve received e-mails, texts, notecards, and even a letter, from people who bought my book and had something to say about it. Most of them friends, but some of them strangers. Strangers who…

Thankful Thursdays
It’s Holy Thursday, and I am thankful for what we commemorate and remember today – the institution of the Eucharist and the importance Jesus puts on the humility of service. In the washing of the feet and the giving of His body and His blood we find the true meaning of love and service. For me, tonight’s is the most poignant Mass of the year….
Thankful Thursdays
This week I must give a shout-out to my co-workers for their awesome show of support and generosity. The surprise book signing party was especially touching…and as bubbly and sweet as the champagne and strawberries we had. So thankful to know and work with this bunch!…
