Thankful Thursdays

Fa, la, la, la, la…egg nog, poinsettias, gifts, and let’s not forget that Jesus is the reason for the season.

Christmas is the celebration of Jesus’ birth. Born in a humble manger in Bethlehem, Jesus’ life changed everything, and His message still touches our hearts today. He was the light that came into the world, even in the darkest of times, and Christmas is a reminder that no matter what we’re going through, God is always with us.

So, as we enjoy the holiday festivities, let’s take a moment to remember why we celebrate in the first place. Jesus is the reason for the season, and He’s the reason for the hope we carry with us throughout the year.

Whatever this time of year means to you, whether you’re celebrating Christmas as a tradition, with family, or simply enjoying the festive spirit, I wish you all much peace, happiness, and love.
